By using FrostCloud Network (“we”, “us”, “the service”), you agree to these terms.
We may offer WireGuard VPN, web hosting, VPS, digital downloads (including FiveM resources we create or license), and other products listed in our store. Features, limits, and prices are as shown at purchase.
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account, passwords, devices, and anyone using your services.
We accept the methods shown at checkout, which may include PayPal, Bitcoin, and others.
Bitcoin and other crypto payments are final once confirmed on the network. Crypto invoices are activated after we confirm payment.
PayPal payments follow PayPal’s process. You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not file a dispute or chargeback for a delivered digital service without contacting us first. Unjustified PayPal disputes may result in suspension of all services on your account.
Recurring services renew as stated on the product. Failed payment may lead to suspension or termination.

Web hosting / VPS: access details as described on the product or by support after payment confirmation. Some VPS orders may be provisioned manually if stated.

If we fail to deliver because of an error on our side, contact support for a fix or credit.
PayPal refunds, if any, are handled case by case and only when required by PayPal policy or law. Opening a dispute after delivery without contacting support first may lead to account termination.
You may not use our services to attack or disrupt networks, run DDoS/booters/stressers, distribute malware or phishing, host illegal content, spam, mine crypto without approval, violate law, harm our IP reputation, resell without permission, or share VPN access beyond the plan limit.
We may suspend or terminate for abuse, non-payment, fraud, or chargebacks/disputes. Serious abuse may be terminated immediately without refund.
Unless stated otherwise: 1 device per service, 50 GB bandwidth per calendar month. Over quota may suspend the VPN. We do not guarantee low ping for any game or region.
You are responsible for your content, updates, and backups beyond what the plan includes. We may remove content or suspend accounts that threaten the server or other customers. Plan resource limits apply.
Unless stated otherwise, VPS is unmanaged. You secure and operate the OS and software. Abuse from your VPS may result in suspension without refund. IPs remain our property and may change if required.
License is for your own use. Do not resell, leak, or redistribute files. We are not responsible for third-party framework updates breaking a resource after purchase.
We may rate-limit, null-route, or disconnect a service to protect the network and other customers.
Services are provided “as is.” Uptime is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss, third-party bans, or indirect damages. Liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product in the last billing period.
Keep your own backups. Unless a product includes a backup SLA, we are not responsible for data loss.
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
